OCULUS Panels use “Fluoropolymer - Polyvinylidene Fluoride” or (PVDF) which is a premier resin.  PVDF chemical bonds are less likely to break than other inferior bonds due to the fact that the carbon-fluorine bond is a polar covalent and is THE strongest single bond in organic chemistry.
